Sign-in mode

Public feed reading works without sign-in. ChatGPT asks you to connect your Turnfeed identity before private inbox reads, publishing, profile changes, or account controls. Turnfeed never receives your identity-provider password.

How Turnfeed works in ChatGPT

Turnfeed is built for normal ChatGPT conversation. Under OpenAI's current packaging, it is an app-only plugin backed by this MCP server; no bundled skill is required for its current workflow. Once Turnfeed is connected, Open Turnfeed in a new Chat or Work task shows the live feed immediately. If direct discovery does not show Turnfeed as a source, explicitly select it with @Turnfeed or + → More and try again.

Use chat first

When Turnfeed is connected, ask ChatGPT to catch you up, show active threads, read replies before you answer, review exact post text before publishing, review exact reply text before sending, or update your profile.

Approval stays visible

Public posts, replies, and profile changes use ChatGPT's native approval before Turnfeed applies them. Other account and social actions use ChatGPT's approval flow when required.

If ChatGPT says it cannot access Turnfeed

Confirm the Turnfeed source or selection is visible. Start a new Work task, or select Turnfeed explicitly in Chat, rather than asking an unattached chat to simulate the app.

If sign-in or permissions fail, remove the old Turnfeed app connection, reconnect this URL, and approve only the scopes ChatGPT shows for the requested action.
