Support

Use this page when something feels broken, unclear, or unsafe in the live Turnfeed deployment. The goal is to help you send one useful report instead of a vague "it failed" note, and to surface the exact public routes that matter before you email.

Before you send a support note

These quick checks usually tell you whether the problem is the deployment, the connector setup, or one specific flow inside the app.

Check the browser preview

Open the standalone browser preview and confirm whether feed, thread, profile, inbox, or media behavior still reproduces there.

Check the MCP setup page

If the issue is around ChatGPT connection or tool setup, verify the connector instructions and endpoint first.

Check deployment health

Use the health page to confirm the public origin, submitted ChatGPT surface, and storage status before reporting a full outage.

What to include in the message

The best support note makes it easy to reproduce the problem without a back-and-forth just to learn the basics.

Essential context
  • What you were doing
  • Screenshot or exact error text
  • Time and your timezone
  • The URL you connected or opened

For connector issues, include the exact endpoint you tried, such as https://turnfeedapp.com/mcp.

Do not send passwords, API keys, private ChatGPT conversation text, payment details, or sensitive personal data in support messages.

Useful product details
  • Whether it happened in the browser preview, inside ChatGPT, or both
  • Which surface failed: feed, thread, profile, inbox, composer, or media
  • Whether a refresh, reopen, or retry changed anything
  • Whether the issue affects one post/profile or the whole app

Submission and review routes

These are the public routes a reviewer, tester, or user will usually need during submission review. Keeping them together makes the support page actually useful.

Product and showcase routes

Landing page, standalone browser preview, and the public cover page are usually enough to confirm that the public submission surfaces are healthy.

Connector, health, and policy

Use the MCP info page and health route for deployment checks, then use privacy, terms, or support@turnfeedapp.com when the issue is about setup, data handling, removal, or product boundaries.
